2017 Mindfulness Programs Commencing February

February Program for Children 5 to 7 years old

Course details:

  • 5 – 7 yo: 8 week course, 45 min each week. Includes parent book and CD “Sitting Still Like a Frog“.
  • Monday’s  – February 6, 13, 20, 27 March 6, 13, 20, 27
  • 4:15pm to 5:00pm
  • Woodentot’s DB, DB Main Plaza (details provided on registration)
